Community Guidelines

KindaFree is plan-first: people should be able to find something worthwhile to do with less friction and more confidence. These rules apply to profiles, photos, plans, applications, matches, chats, reviews, referrals, Sponsored Plans, Related Offers, external links and real-world conduct connected to KindaFree.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older. Do not create an account for a minor, use KindaFree to seek contact with minors, misrepresent your age, or post content that sexualizes or exploits a minor. A lawful family photo that includes a child may still be restricted if it is unsuitable for a public adult meeting service or if the uploader lacks permission.

2. Be genuine

• Use your own identity, current information and a profile photo you have the right to use.
• Do not impersonate a person, business, venue, sponsor, public official or KindaFree staff member.
• Describe the plan, date, time, location, cost, capacity and commercial purpose honestly.
• Do not manipulate reviews, attendance, capacity, referrals, redemptions or trust signals.

3. Respect consent and boundaries

• No harassment, stalking, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention, coercion, blackmail or repeated contact after rejection or blocking.
• No threats, encouragement of violence, doxxing, humiliation or sharing another person's private information.
• Respect a person's right to leave, cancel, decline, block or report without retaliation.
• A match or meeting is never consent to sexual, romantic, financial or other activity.

4. No sexual exploitation or prohibited sexual content

Do not post pornography, nudity intended for sexual display, explicit sexual solicitation, sexual services, prostitution, trafficking, fetish recruitment, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors. Romance-oriented plans must still be lawful, adult, consensual and non-explicit.

5. No hate or discrimination

Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, threaten or promote hate or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or another protected characteristic. A plan may use only the eligibility fields KindaFree expressly provides and must follow applicable law.

6. No scams, spam or deceptive commerce

• No phishing, advance-fee schemes, romance scams, fake emergencies, pyramid schemes, counterfeit goods, hidden fees or requests for account credentials.
• No mass unsolicited messages, repetitive promotion, fake engagement, self-referral or fabricated accounts.
• Businesses must use approved Sponsored Plan, Related Offer or partner flows. Do not disguise an advertisement as an ordinary person's plan.
• Do not collect, sell, scrape or independently target people using KindaFree personal information.

7. No unsafe or illegal plans

Do not create or promote plans involving illegal drugs, weapons sales, trafficking, assault, property crime, dangerous driving, coercive dares, unlicensed professional services where a licence is required, or conduct that creates a serious and unreasonable risk. Alcohol, cannabis, gambling and other regulated content must follow local law, age restrictions, venue rules and KindaFree commercial approval requirements.

8. Protect privacy and location

• Do not publish another person's home address, precise location, phone number, financial information, identity documents or private communications without permission.
• A host may deliberately publish a precise meeting place for a plan. Location permission by itself never gives permission to publish a private location.
• Do not record or photograph people at a meeting without appropriate notice and consent.

9. Show up responsibly

Communicate honestly, confirm when required, arrive reasonably on time, and cancel as early as possible. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, false confirmations or deliberately abandoned accepted plans may reduce Dependability, remove Join Instantly access, limit features or lead to enforcement.

10. Reviews, reports and blocks

Reviews must describe your genuine experience and must not contain threats, hate, private information or extortion. Reports must be honest and made in good faith. Blocking is a safety and boundary tool; do not evade a block with another account. Raw reports or blocks are not treated as proof by themselves, but confirmed, repeated or serious findings can affect safety decisions and feature eligibility.

11. Image safety checks

Profile, Extra and plan photos are safety-checked before publication. Automated screening may approve clearly low-risk content, reject prohibited content, or send ambiguous content for authorized human review. A pending photo remains private. Do not repeatedly upload prohibited content or try to defeat screening.

12. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, confidence and immediate risk, KindaFree may:

• decline or remove a photo, plan, message, review, offer or referral;
• warn the account or require correction or re-verification;
• limit discovery, messaging, Join Instantly, referrals, commercial tools or other features;
• stop participation, hide a profile, suspend or ban an account;
• preserve evidence, reverse fraudulent rewards, or notify a venue, payment provider, platform or authority where lawfully necessary.

Severe threats, exploitation, trafficking, child-safety concerns, credible violence, fraud or repeated evasion can lead to immediate removal or suspension while a review continues.

13. Appeals

If you believe a moderation or account decision was wrong, email appeals@kindafree.com. Include the email or phone associated with the account, the affected content or decision, and why you believe it should change. Do not include passwords, verification codes, tax identifiers or banking credentials. A different authorized reviewer should assess an eligible appeal where practical.

14. How to report

• Use the in-app Report control on the relevant plan, host, message or commercial item.
• Use Block Host or other block controls when you do not want further visibility or interaction.
• Email safety@kindafree.com for an urgent KindaFree safety concern that is not an immediate emergency.
• Email support@kindafree.com for account or technical help.

15. Immediate danger

KindaFree is not an emergency service and does not continuously monitor activity. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the applicable local emergency number first. Preserve relevant evidence and report to KindaFree when it is safe to do so.
